At Cardinia Park Hotel we are committed to the wellbeing of our patrons, visitors, employees and the wider community in which we operate. We are further committed to the provision of the highest standards of customer care in the responsible service of alcohol and gambling products as we strive to deliver all our services in a responsible and sustainable manner whilst providing the means for our patrons to have and to exercise rational and sensible informed choices based on their personal and individual circumstances. As part of this commitment, the venue has adopted a comprehensive Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct, an approved Self Exclusion Program and a responsible attitude towards the Responsible Service of Alcohol. We will provide the necessary resources, both financial and human, to support the proper operation and delivery of our products and services at these premises in a socially rewarding and responsive manner. Cardinia Park Hotel maintains that the industry, government, community and individual all have a shared responsibility for the promotion, development and practise of responsible gambling. For our part, we are committed to our staff being trained in responsible gambling practises to encourage customers to engage with their gambling as a social and recreational activity in a supportive environment. Our Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct outlines our practises that support our commitment to responsible gambling and customer care.
